Security and Spam Detection

To protect our website and your data from malicious activity, we use Cloudflare Turnstile and Wordfence Security. These services may temporarily process or log your IP address and browser information to verify that you are a human, prevent spam submissions and block unauthorised login attempts to our store.

Orders and Account Information

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

Products you’ve viewed: We’ll use this to show you products you’ve recently viewed.
Location, IP address, and browser type: We use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping.
Shipping address: We’ll ask you to enter this so we can estimate shipping before you place an order and send you the items you purchased.

When you purchase from us, we ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and credit card/payment details. We use this information to:

Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Printful (Fulfillment): We share your name, shipping address, and order details with our fulfillment partner, Printful, to produce and ship your order. Printful acts as a data processor to fulfill the contract of sale.
Payment Processors: We accept payments through third-party gateways (such as Stripe or PayPal). When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to them, including information required to process or support the payment.
Shipping Carriers: Your data is shared with the relevant postal or courier service (via Printful) to ensure delivery.

5. How long we retain your data

Order Data: We generally store information about you for as long as we need it for the purposes for which we collect and use it. For tax and accounting purposes, we retain order information (name, email, billing/shipping addresses) for 6 years.
Comments: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely.
User Profiles: For users that register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time.

6. What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments/placed orders, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

7. Where your data is sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Order data is transferred to Printful’s servers (which may be located outside of the UK/EU) to facilitate manufacturing and shipping.
