2. Print-on-Demand Nature

All products sold on anmorkayak.com are “made-to-order.” This means the product does not exist until you place an order, at which point it is manufactured specifically for you by our third-party fulfillment partner, Printful.

Because these items are custom-made, they are exempt from standard “change of mind” return laws under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

3. Accuracy of Information

We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free.

Color Variation: Please note that screen colors may vary slightly from the actual printed garment due to monitor settings and the digital printing process (DTG).

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe/PayPal. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is handled by our fulfillment partner, Printful. While we provide estimated delivery dates, these are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or postal strikes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of James Roberts, An Mor Kayak and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without express written permission.
