Shipping Policy

At An Mor Kayak, our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order. This is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

1. Fulfilment Time

Before your order is shipped, it must be printed and packed.

  • Average Fulfilment: 2–5 business days.

  • You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment center.

2. Shipping Estimates

Shipping time depends on your location. Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • UK & Europe: 6–8 business days

  • USA: 3–5 business days

  • Australia / New Zealand: 2–14 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Note: These are estimates provided by our couriers and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please contact us at [email protected].

4. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. AN MOR KAYAK is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Incorrect Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment partner. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout!

6. Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please let us know. Claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Before contacting us, please check with your local post office and neighbours to ensure the package wasn’t left in a “safe place.”

Return Policy

1. Damaged or Mislabelled Items

At An Mor Kayak, we pride ourselves on quality. If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong item entirely, we will gladly offer a free replacement.

  • Timeframe: You must report the issue within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Process: Please email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the damage or error.

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will send out a replacement at no cost to you. You do not need to return the defective item.

2. Lost in Transit

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please let us know.

  • Timeframe: Claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • Check first: Before contacting us, please check your tracking link and confirm with your local post office or neighbors.

3. Buyer’s Remorse & Sizing Issues

Because every item is custom-printed only when you order it, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.

  • Sizing: We provide detailed size charts on every product page. Please review these carefully before ordering.

  • Change of Mind: Once an order is sent to production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded for a change of mind.

4. Wrong Address & Unclaimed Shipments

  • Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

  • Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our fulfillment partner and will incur a reshipment fee if you wish to have them sent again.

5. Hygiene Items

Items such as face masks, intimate apparel, or sealed goods that have been unsealed cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
